This English translation is made available solely for the purpose of Zoom App Marketplace review and for reference by non-Japanese reviewers.
TGLAB Co., Ltd. (the "Company", "we", "our", or "us") handles personal information obtained through our online live streaming service "LabStream" (the "Service") in accordance with this Privacy Policy (this "Policy"). The Service is intended for business use by care facilities in Japan and is not directed to children under 16.

We may collect the following categories of information in connection with the Service:

| Audio/video data | Camera and microphone data transmitted during interactive streaming | Real-time during live streaming |
2. Purposes of Use
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Providing, operating, and improving the Service;
- Responding to inquiries from Users;
- Sending streaming schedules and other notifications;
- Detecting and preventing unauthorized use (e.g., monitoring for simultaneous use of a single URL across multiple devices);
- Analyzing usage and producing aggregated statistics (in a form that does not identify individuals);
- Billing for the Service; and
- Responding to conduct that violates our Terms of Service.
3. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties except in the following cases:
- With the User's consent;
- As required or permitted by applicable law;
- Where necessary to protect the life, body, or property of any person and obtaining the User's consent is difficult; or
- Where necessary to provide or operate the Service, with service providers acting on our behalf.
4. Third-Party Services
The Service uses the Zoom Meeting SDK provided by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. as the communication infrastructure for interactive live streaming. In connection with the provision of the Service, live audio and video, display names, join and leave timestamps, and technical data necessary to establish, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the connection may be transmitted to and processed through Zoom's infrastructure. For information on how Zoom handles such data, please refer to the Zoom Privacy Statement.
5. Security Measures
We implement reasonable security measures to protect personal information against leakage, loss, damage, or unauthorized access, including:
- Encryption of communications (SSL/TLS);
- Authentication using dedicated access URLs and passwords;
- Detection and prevention of unauthorized access; and
- Training and supervision of employees handling personal information.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including service operation, security monitoring, billing, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. In principle:
- Facility account and contract information is retained during the contract term and for five (5) years thereafter;
- Usage logs and stream participation records are retained for up to six (6) months for security, troubleshooting, and service administration;
- Inquiry records are retained for up to two (2) years after the relevant inquiry is closed;
- Billing and accounting records are retained for seven (7) years as required under applicable Japanese tax and corporate law; and
- If we record a stream with the User's prior consent, the recording will be retained only for the disclosed purpose and deleted when no longer necessary for that purpose.
7. Handling of Audio and Video Data
LabStream does not record or store streamed audio or video content by default. Audio and video transmitted during interactive live streaming are used for real-time communication. However, because the Service is built using the Zoom Meeting SDK, such data is transmitted through Zoom's infrastructure as described in Section 4. If we separately record a stream for service quality improvement or troubleshooting, we will do so only after obtaining the User's prior consent.
8. User Rights
Users may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information held by the Company, subject to applicable law.
Requests may be submitted to stream@tglab.jp. We may ask the requester to verify their identity and authority before responding. Please note that we may retain certain information where required by law or where necessary for accounting, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
9. Use of Cookies
Our website may use cookies to improve user convenience and to analyze access patterns. Users may disable cookies through their browser settings; however, doing so may result in some features of the Service becoming unavailable.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may revise this Policy from time to time as necessary. If we make material changes, we will provide notice on our website or by other appropriate means. Any revised Policy will take effect when posted on the website.
